Formerly a pair of garages, it took 2 years for Asphaltic to achieve the planning they wanted to develop a stunning 4 bedroom property that was mainly underground but without sacrificing light or space.

Located next to Regents Park, a basement was added to the property and a complete internal overhaul was carried out. The property was sold in July 2016.

This top floor flat was originally purchased as a 2 bed flat in very poor condition. Asphaltic purchased the roof space and converted the property into a spacious 3 bedroom flat with beautiful views over London.

The entire building was purchased in 2011 and was demolished internally to be converted into 5 flats. All 5 flats were sold by early 2013 and the construction of the 6th flat on the top floor was completed in 2014.
