Our Commercial Interests

Asphaltic maintain a portfolio of over 50 sites dotted around the UK. We source our properties using our extensive contacts across the country and look to increase value and gains via re-gearing, renewing or simply improving the tenant mix. Traditionally, our interest lies in industrial but over the years retail, leisure and office have all featured in our portfolio. Our primary interests today lies in sites with potential for mixed use development.
