WHO WE ARE

Asphaltic has a proud history stretching back to 1948. Established in Kentish Town, North London, the company started life as a roofing contractor. However, soon this capability grew into occupying sites and selling roofing materials throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

Asphaltic sold the roofing materials business in 1997 and with expertise won over decades of business, we moved to focus on commercial property. Within just ten years, the company added over 30 successful developments to our portfolio.

In 2007 Asphaltic pivoted to focus on the growing residential property market. By 2012 the company had purchased, refurbished and sold over 15 properties. We’re proud to say we have quickly achieved a reputation as one of London’s finest boutique developers.
