Formerly a pair of garages, it took 2 years for Asphaltic to achieve the planning they wanted to develop a stunning 4 bedroom property that was mainly underground but without sacrificing light or space. The build was made extra difficult by the very small access on to the site. The finished property ended up on websites and in magazines around the world due to it's design and finish and was sold in March 2016.
